Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Fyleza’s file viewing and conversion tools. By using a tool, you agree to these terms.

Service description
Fyleza provides online tools for viewing EML and MSG email files and converting PDF documents to DOCX.
Using the service
You may use Fyleza only if you can lawfully agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not upload files or use the processing tools. No account is required and no ownership of Fyleza software is transferred to you.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content, malware or files that violate privacy, confidentiality, copyright or other rights. Do not probe, overload, bypass limits, automate abusive traffic, interfere with security controls or use the service to harm another person or system.
Your files and permissions
You retain your rights in uploaded files and results. You grant Fyleza and the providers used by the selected mode a limited permission to transmit, reproduce and process the file solely to perform the requested operation. You confirm that you have authority to provide the file for that processing.
File processing and sensitive content
Select the processing mode carefully. Adobe and AI modes send documents to the third parties identified in the Privacy Policy. Avoid uploading state secrets, passwords, payment credentials, highly sensitive records or documents whose disclosure could cause harm unless you have independently determined that the selected processing is appropriate and lawful.
Third-party services
Some conversions depend on Adobe PDF Services or on OpenRouter with Mistral OCR and Google Gemini. Their availability, processing and restrictions are also governed by their own terms. Fyleza may change a provider or use a local fallback when needed to operate the selected feature; material changes to data handling will be reflected in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
You retain rights in your files. Fyleza branding, interface and original site content remain protected by applicable law.
Availability
The service may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.
Accuracy and warranties
The service is provided as available. Parsing, OCR and conversion can omit, misread, reorder or reformat content. Fyleza does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every file, preservation of layout or accuracy of extracted text. Always compare important results with the source document.
No professional or archival substitute
Converted or extracted content is not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice and is not a certified copy. Keep your original files and use an appropriate professional or certified process where authenticity, evidential value or exact preservation is required.
Changes and suspension
Fyleza may update, limit or discontinue features and may block activity that creates security, legal or operational risk. Material revisions to these terms will be shown by a new effective date. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised terms.
Privacy and service requests
Use the Feedback control available on every Fyleza page. Do not include passwords, payment details, identity-document numbers or document contents in the message.
